Charles M. Vance is a professor of management and human resources at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Vance is active in creating programs for managers and executives, consulting and teaching throughout North and South America, Asia, and Europe. His consulting includes FedEx, Samsung, Texaco, Mattel, Boeing, LA Times, U.S. Dept. of Labor, ARCO, and scores of other private firms, NGOs, and universities. Vance received a PhD in instructional design, development, and evaluation from Syracuse University and is the author of numerous publications and books, including Smart Talent Management: Building Knowledge Assets for Competitive Advantage.
Jena Anderson served an LDS mission in Japan and graduated from BYU with a major in exercise and wellness and a minor in nonprofit management. While at BYU, Anderson volunteered with the Center for Service and Learning and continues to give personal service, most recently in Mexico.
