Brian is currently preparing for a governor-led trade mission to Saudi Arabia. For three years, McCoy worked in Panama as a military intelligence officer and Special Forces team leader. He also served as a member of the U.S. delegation of lawyers and jurists to Cuba on two occasions. Additionally, McCoy was delegated to serve at the World Peace Forum in Luxembourg, Germany; Brazil; and South Korea, and he was a guest instructor at the University of A Coruña in Spain. He volunteered as an member and leader and support missionary for two years in Argentina, speaking Spanish. He has traveled to fifteen countries, including a recent visit to Israel. McCoy served as a Latter-day Saint missionary in the Texas border cities, speaking Spanish.
